Rosco to attend new APTA TRANSform conference in NYC

This annual flagship event, hosted this year by the NYC Department of Transportation and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority at the Marriot Marquis, brings together transit personnel, policymakers, government agencies, manufacturers and suppliers to change the mobility environment and the future of transportation.
